Step 1 Answer phone call from Peoples Benefit Solutions at designated time and your benefits specialist will give you instructions for the online benefits meeting and will help you through the entire process. Step 2 Go to www.joingotomeeting.com and enter the meeting id number supplied by Peoples Benefit Solutions.
Step 3 Login to online enrollment system.
Step 4 You will enter your personal information into the online enrollment system.
Step 5 Your benefits specialist will teach you about all of the available benefits.
Step 6 Your benefits specialist will show you all of the available options and pricing for each benefit.
Step 7 Your benefits specialist will show you the benefits you have selected and the cost per paycheck. You will have the option to make changes or ask more questions before you finalize your choices.
Step 8 You will review your final benefits election form and will be sent or emailed a copy for your records.
