educating and enrolling these benefits through the various methods

Group and 1 on 1 Benefit Meetings
The most effective way of communicating and educating employee
benefits is to start with a group meeting to give a brief overview of
the overall benefits portfolio, then followed up with person 1 on 1
benefits meetings where employees are comfortable asking personal
questions about their benefits and having a benefits specialist who
can help them understand all of the options and make an informed
decision. We understand that because of schedules and other business
operations it is not always possible to meet with all employees this
way and we work with each employer to customize benefits education and
delivery options so all employees have the same opportunity to
understand their benefits.
Online Enrollment Meetings
For employees who are not able to make the group and/or 1 on 1
benefit meetings, we can setup a time for an online enrollment meeting
with a benefits specialist. By utilizing go-to-meeting the employee is
able to see everything the benefits specialist would show someone in a
face to face 1 on 1 meeting and the employee has the ability to ask
personal questions and get the same education experience as all other
employees.
Call Center Enrollment
If an employee or group of employees does not have access to a
computer or internet access, we can discuss call center enrollment
options that would allow them to speak with a benefits specialist and
enroll in benefits over the phone.
